Commercial Scaffolding

Our commercial scaffold and access projects cover a diverse range of buildings and projects. One of the factors that often defines commercial scaffold projects is that the buildings are public spaces and are required to carry on their function whilst any work is being carried out.

Our commercial scaffold projects have included work on High Street Banks, schools and hospitals where specific access has been required for maintenance or repair of a building or facilities.

What do our commercial clients need?

Minimum disruption

For buildings that are functioning public spaces, any work being carried out usually needs to be done with the minimum of disruption to the public or users of the building. In addition to scaffold we often have to create temporary fencing, barriers, cordons and safety signage.

Public safety

Whilst work is carried out, the safety of the public is paramount and we work closely with our commercial clients in ensuring that any works are not causing any danger to the general public or staff.

Restricted timescales

For some environments, such as schools, the work may need to be carried out in a short window of time such as school holidays, weekends or evenings.

All our commercial scaffolders are trained to CITB / CISRS industry recognised standards, compliant with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and approved codes of practice.
